My goals for 2008

As I come up with goals, I will add them to the list. I have thought of so many and haven't written them down but I find myself doing them as needed. I will make a note to self to put them here.

I want to lose 20 lbs in 2008 putting my weight in the normal category at 149 lbs. At the first of the year, I was 169 and had lost 20 lbs. from last year. I was also in a size 14 (not stuffed into) jeans and feeling comfortable at all times.

I want to be in my size 12 red jeans for Valentine's Day 2008.
.
I want to keep my FBS (fasting blood sugar) below 120 at all times.
.
I want to walk 1,000 miles this year at a 15 minute per mile pace.
